100 Day No Weed Challenge Day 5 Coughing Resin Balls But Feeling Good

100 Day No Weed Challenge Day 5100 Day No Weed Challenge Day 5 and All is Good

This video is on the 100 Day No Weed Challenge Day 5. Things are going really well.

I’m feeling good, my energy level has increased, I’ve been working out once or twice every day and being very productive. This time around I am not (at least yet) feeling the symptoms that I did when I quit a couple of times before. My belief is that it’s because I really was not smoking nearly as heavy – or as long as I had in the past.

One thing that is not covered in this video is that I am extremely humbled by all the emails and messages that I have been getting from people all around the globe. I’m extremely happy that I have been able to inspire and help a good number of people who have similar experiences to me.

Hey, as I’ve said many times – if I can quit anyone can.

This 100 Day No Weed Challenge Day 5 is all about trying to get others involved. I’d really like to see those dope smokers who say they can stop anytime to actually prove that they can. Maybe they will realize that life can be pretty good without weed – and that they don’t really need it in their lives. Who knows? Maybe they will just decide to cut down and live healthier. Maybe they will choose to not make any changes. But at least they’ll know they can stop smoking pot for 100 days and what it feels like.

BTW – if you are not subscribed yet, please subscribe now to both the Quitting Pot YouTube Channel and the blog. It will help me win a subscriber challenge I have with my fiance and son – and also encourage me to keep making these videos.  If you liked this post and/or video on the 100 Day No Weed Challenge Day 5 I would really like to hear from you!

Thank you for watching, reading and your comments (both positive and negative). I appreciate YOU!

Read forward to see how I am doing on Day 8 of the 100 Day No Weed Challenge.

Reason #4 to Quit Smoking Pot

Today’s video comes to you from beautiful Vancouver, BC. In my past few videos I’ve been going over some of my reasons that I quit smoking pot. My 4th reason for quitting weed is that when I am not stoned all the time, I am able to have many super cool experiences that I would not have if I was still smoking pot.

Since I have quit smoking weed, I’ve had a lot of great experiences – including staying at a luxury hotel here in Vancouver on the 18th floor with a view to die for. I’ve also driven a Tesla Model S – which is the most awesome electric car on the planet. Perhaps the best experience was publicly proposing marriage to my girlfriend a month ago …

What kind of experiences will you be having after YOU stop smoking weed? I’d love to see you comment below …

Reason #3 to Quit Smoking Marijuana

The number 3 reason why I wanted to quit smoking marijuana was to get more energy. As I get older, I’ve noticed that my energy levels are not what they once were – and I don’t want to be doing anything that causes my energy to be zapped.

Once I quit smoking weed, I found that my energy levels are noticeably much better – and way better than most people in my age group. I’m sure that eating right and regular exercise helps keep my energy levels up, but I’m super happy that I no longer have to worry about pot stealing any valuable energy from me and my life.

Reason #2 for Quitting Marijuana

The other day I made a video and posted about my #1 reason for quitting weed:  optimal health.  This video is about my #2 reason that I quit smoking pot.  The only reason that this is #2 is because health is everything – without it, nothing else matters.

My #2 reason that I quit smoking pot is so that I can have better relationships with my friends, family and loved ones.  I have definitely noticed that since I quit smoking pot, I am a lot more available for all of my relationships – especially those that matter most:  friends, family and loved ones.  I am more available for my daughter, I am more available for my girlfriend (who has become my fiance since I quit smoking weed), for her son and for my other family members.

If these first two reasons are not enough for you to want to quit smoking marijuana, you may indeed have a problem with the dope.  In future videos and posts, I will be letting you know about many, many other reasons why I wanted to stop relying on weed in my life – and more ways that you can cut it from yours as well.

If you know you want pot out of your life for good and need help getting it out – Seb Grant’s Quit Weed program is very good and has been of great help to me.  If you want to buy it (it will cost you less than your last bag of weed), please click here or on the side banner for my affiliate link.  I do make a little money from referring you to this program and I thank you for your support.

Joe Tesla Kennedy’s #1 Reason to Stop Smoking Pot

Last week I wrote a blog post outlining Seb Grant’s first 45 reasons to quit smoking marijuana. In this video I unveil my number one reason to quit smoking the dope (or anything else): Ultimate Health.

While it’s true that there probably are some pot smokers who are healthier than people who consume a poor diet and or never get any exercise (I was one of the ‘healthy’ pot smokers or so I thought) – anyone who smokes anything can never achieve optimal health.

I’ve actually decided that I’d like to stay alive awhile, and while alive, I want to be as healthy as I can. To do that, I KNEW I had to quit smoking pot.

My question for you is – do you want to be as healthy as you can be?

Oh yeah – do you want to know why I changed my middle name to Tesla? Check out http://ImGettingATesla.com or http://Patreon.com/JoeTesla
