When I personally quit smoking pot on May 1st of this year, I had it all planned out. I had quit last year for almost a year before I let a family issue get to me and went back to the weed to feel comfortable again. I’ve since learned that I’d been smoking pot for so long that I never really ever learned out to cope with stressful situations without it. I’ve also been reading a lot more than usual. Love Pete Carroll’s book (with Yogi Roth) called “Win Forever” and recommend that everyone read it. Just got Adam Grant’s book “Give and Take” – cannot remember who recommended it, but I’m looking forward to reading it.
Did not mention it in the video, but sometime this week I am going to flush a bunch of my old stash down the toilet. It will probably bring out a bunch of haters and pro-pot people, but I’m all about the controversy.
